I work for a company that is 24/7 and very reliant on our trucks. One of our trucks would not come out of park at a loading dock so I call Tim's towing. They came out late on a Sunday! Quick and fast. Keep in mind that I left the truck there alone with the key so that I could finish my work with another vehicle. Travis (the tow truck driver) gives me a call and tells me that hes has taken the truck back to our shop, in which I thanked him for his fast service. Travis went the extra mile! I was blown away. He crawled under our truck and told me exactly what was going on and how to fix it. Sure enough I crawl under the truck with a couple of tools and fix the issue in about 15 minutes. I'm pretty certain that no other company would bother crawling under a truck and diagnosing it for me. We paid them to tow our truck that is it. Truely grateful for Travis. Give him the big bucks Tim!

Barry picked up my mint condition much loved convertible with a blown tire. He took excellent care of my car under stressful circumstances late on a Thursday. Barry was cheerful, compassionate, and efficient, while being careful with my vehicle (which mattered a lot to me). I was away from home with my car packed full for a work event and I had limited options. The Tim's Towing dispatcher was timely, responsive, and effectively got a driver to me quickly or I would have been stranded on a highway overnight. Barry made what would have been a terrible and expensive experience a pleasant one instead, which is saying something when you have a blow out, need a flat bed, and desperately need help after 6 PM on a weeknight! I recently had my BMW 650I towed and was nervous from bad towing experiences. Kenneth assured me with his professionalism, expertise customer satisfaction on how he handle the situation to make me feel comfortable and also to trust him. The ETA was exactly what was promised and I was so happy and comfortable with his whole people skills and generosity. I am very satisfied with Tim's towing and recovery the service guy that came and helped me his name was CJ and he was very awesome he responded on time he changed my tire when champs roadside service couldn't even change my tire to help me and got me on my way

My son had car trouble one afternoon while on vacation in Savannah and Tybee Island. We pay for roadside assistance to Agero thru our insurance company and Agero said someone would be there within an hour. Called them back 2 hours later and they said the service provider had cancelled . Agero claimed they didn’t have another service provider in the area and they just left my son stranded on the side of the road in the scorching sun. I then contacted Tim’s Towing and a driver named Mikey came to the rescue and provided outstanding customer service. Thank you Tim’s Towing and Mikey, you were a lifesaver!
