I never do this,but I think this needs to be said,I was broke down on I 95 ,with my disabled mother,and girlfriend,this started like 8:30pm,we were using on star,gm roadside assistance,we were on the side of the road for over 6 hours,my understanding,Kenneth was the tow driver who showed up,he was really in too small of a truck for the loaded 3500 dally,so he refused to leave us on the road,he loaded the truck anyway and we finally got off the road about 3am,helped me through the drop at the dealer,and got me to a hotel. The gm roadside assistance would have left us there all night,but Kenneth refused to leave us in a dangerous situation,did everything humanly possible to get us off the road,and the time we sat on the road was gm's fault,not the tow company. Quick, Communicative, Efficient, and most importantly, Consistent. My terminal has been using these guys for a couple of years. Just called them up not even an hour ago for my personal car and my problem is already solved. Plus they updated me every step of the way.

Working with them was easy, and my tow driver, Robert, was especially helpful, friendly, and professional.

We had to have a car towed after hours and again the next day. Tim's towing was extremely attentive and proactive. I would highly recommend.

Fred was the driver who towed our dump truck from a dirt pit and was very careful of not to cause further damage. Very professional.

Axle separated from trailer. Fast and dependable service. Professional. John successfully loaded, and transported it without additional damage. Thanks.
