I am a student who lives off-campus and one evening my car wouldn't start at school. Called Tim's and a truck quickly came and took my car to the nearest dealership. Driver was super helpful and friendly and the whole thing went as smooth as possible! I had to use them again at my apartment in Pooler. Called them after I had difficulty with another company sending a driver and giving me the run-around. Despite calling hours after the first company attempt, Tim's had someone arrived to help me well before the first one would have. Excellent and friendly service again!

I work for a company that is 24/7 and very reliant on our trucks. One of our trucks would not come out of park at a loading dock so I call Tim's towing. They came out late on a Sunday! Quick and fast. Keep in mind that I left the truck there alone with the key so that I could finish my work with another vehicle. Travis (the tow truck driver) gives me a call and tells me that hes has taken the truck back to our shop, in which I thanked him for his fast service. Travis went the extra mile! I was blown away. He crawled under our truck and told me exactly what was going on and how to fix it. Sure enough I crawl under the truck with a couple of tools and fix the issue in about 15 minutes. I'm pretty certain that no other company would bother crawling under a truck and diagnosing it for me. We paid them to tow our truck that is it. Truely grateful for Travis. Give him the big bucks Tim!
