Can you believe my tow truck driver, Barry, fixed my car before he got it on the truck? Turns out a cable to the battery was loose. He tightened it & I was ready to go. Probably saved me a lot of money, since I didn't have to let a mechanic look at it. He was so nice too. Definitely a 5 star service!

Craig was literally great. Called and was quoted a time of 30 minutes. Turns around and in no time he was there in a wink. He was very friendly and just went above and beyond. I’m not a Savannah native but if it happens again I know who to definitely call.

My experience with Tim's towing and recovery was exemplary! From the moment I called them for assistance to get towed, I felt like they went above and beyond. Craig was very thoughtful and compassionate of the situation I was in being so far from home. He did not have to do what he did for me and I am ever so grateful for this kindness. Having nowhere to go and no reservation for an RV park in the area, he parked me in a location where he could provide me with water and electricity while my truck was being repaired. Even though Tim's Towing and Recovery was not the most affordable option, they went out of their way to help a stranger in a strange land feel welcome!
