Broke down on the side of I-95 in my 39-foot-long RV towing a full-size bronco. When Good Sam failed to find a provider in the first two hours, we searched and found Tim's Towing. Originally thought we'd need a dolly tow based on the profuse amount of black smoke coming from our rear axle when we pulled over, but instead they dispatched Chris to assess our situation. He quickly identified an air leak causing our brakes to lock down, hence the black smoke! Once we built up enough air to free the brakes, he guided us to an old weigh station nearby so we could await a mobile mechanic. While I'm sure they would have towed us anywhere we wanted to go, they didn't provide that as the only option. Instead, they got us to a safe place to await a mobile mechanic, assured us they could tow us safely if needed, and refused to charge us to get us off the road. The next day Chris even texted when he realized the RV had been moved from the weigh station to make sure we had made it safely home. Couldn't ask for better service and we certainly felt like we were more than just an invoice. Highly recommend this company!

My experience with Tim's towing and recovery was exemplary! From the moment I called them for assistance to get towed, I felt like they went above and beyond. Craig was very thoughtful and compassionate of the situation I was in being so far from home. He did not have to do what he did for me and I am ever so grateful for this kindness. Having nowhere to go and no reservation for an RV park in the area, he parked me in a location where he could provide me with water and electricity while my truck was being repaired. Even though Tim's Towing and Recovery was not the most affordable option, they went out of their way to help a stranger in a strange land feel welcome!
