Our day trip to Tybee turned into a hunt for a tow truck and a hotel. Mind you it is memorial weekend. I called a few tow truck company no luck. I called Tim’s and not only were they available, they also made sure to know where we were at. Visual, our truck broke down on the side of road in Tybee on the long express way, one way in one way out area across from crabs shack. In the dark. Justin was our driver and helped us get our truck to a hotel, to only have them tell me they had no vacancy. Justin helped us get a hotel and was super helpful!!! Thank you all!!!! We got our truck fixed and finally headed home!!!

James, the tow truck operator performed in an outstanding manner. He towed my 22 year old Saturn with 2 flat tires to a tire repair shop. He was very efficient and professional.
