Great experience from a bad situation. My daughter is going to school in Savannah from Charlotte. Transmission problems, I needed to get my daughter's car to a Subaru dealer and the Subaru dealer in Savannah was booked for 1.5 months. Too expensive to have it towed to Charlotte, so I hung up. Teisha called me back (using caller ID, I hadn't given my number) after I hung up to let me know there was a Subaru dealer in Hilton Head - much less expensive to tow and gave me their number. Set an appt with Subaru and then arranged Tim's to tow the next Monday. Ryan showed up on time that Monday and delivered the car on time to Subaru. Teisha went above and beyond to help provide a solution. A+++
